in a means that offers experience to the end-consumer. Our goal is to embody all that it means
to craft a memorable experience for either a newly-acquired customer or, in turn, retaining
existing consumers with thoughtful retail execution.
Case Study
Sauz set out to build a pantry staple for a new generation of consumers and tapped the TrialGlow team to drive growth throughout Southern California and Texas. As such, we worked closely with the Sauz team to build a best-in-class demo program, driving trial in key accounts and lifting velocities in a significant way.
Our campaign with Sauz saw as many as 43 jars moved in a single demo ($429.57 in-store revenue) with an average demo revenue output of >$200 per store.
In the field, Sauz faced a difficult task following an off-cycle, off-planogram launch: store level autonomy was dictating when & where Sauz was brought to shelf and physically placed. The TrialGlow team was tasked with not only working to bring Sauz out of storage and into the category, but also to fight for additional facings and adjacent off-shelf placement opportunities.
TrialGlow secured dozens of off-shelf displays and ensured that Sauz was properly merchandised at the store level, winning additional facings and, in turn, building an effective brand block to drive continual velocity growth.
